Our workshop days can be flexible, accommodating a full day for a single class or group, or offering shorter workshops to benefit multiple classes. Choose from an exciting range of themes including den building, team building, exploring the Stone Age and Iron Age, unleashing creativity through outdoor art, mastering firebuilding techniques, delving into Victorian history, and much more. With topics ranging from wild writing to sensory exploration, from nurturing SEN learners to embarking on adventures with Vikings and explorers, there’s something for everyone. Engage in outdoor maths, poetry, and even delve into the world of witches, wizards, and delightful dinosaurs. Explore the wonders of nature with minibeast adventures, unleash creativity with creative creature workshops, and envision sustainable futures with forest school sessions. Join us on an unforgettable journey of learning and discovery!
Nurture Programme
Experience our innovative nurture programme designed to foster personal growth either onsite or in a local woodland setting. Through engaging activities, we assist children in understanding their thoughts and emotions, equipping them with coping strategies and breathing techniques. These outdoor skills sessions are geared towards enhancing confidence, resilience, and teamwork abilities.
What’s Included:
– A six-week programme conducted over half-day sessions (AM), facilitated by a primary school teacher proficient in mindfulness and woodland learning techniques.
– Small groups comprising 6 to 8 pupils from various stages within the school, ensuring personalised attention and tailored support.
– An invaluable opportunity for staff to observe and discuss outdoor learning practices with our expert facilitators, receiving practical tips for future implementation.
