Our approach does not require extended periods of time outdoors. You can spend part of a lesson outdoors, and still experience the benefits while supporting learning. Of course, if you want to spend a whole lesson outdoors, that is ok as well!
Curriculum-based outdoor learning has been shown to have long term positive impacts on learning, attainment, mental health and motivation. It is not yet another add on for teachers but a tool that supports what they are already doing.

This helps ensure you can get every possible benefit from the portal but also helps us create new content to better fit your needs. We constantly create new content with our members in mind, providing them with what they need, when they need it. A bit about the consultancy hours
- These do need to be used throughout the 12 months of the membership and cannot be carried over.
- They are for the member school only and cannot be used in conjunction with other schools.
- Must work within our diary restraints. While our members are a priority and we endeavour to meet you at a time that suits you, we have a lot of schools we are working with and are just a small team.
- Delivered online unless otherwise agreed.
- Finally, they are used for consultation and not training – we’re aware that sometimes it feels as though there’s the slimmest of lines between the two!
