Curriculum based outdoor learning does not need expensive equipment or green spaces.  It can be delivered in any playground, even in concrete only areas!  It combines the curriculum with learning in the outdoor space, utilising whatever areas you have and brings a wealth of benefits for both children and staff alike.  Outdoor learning helps all children achieve academic success.  Our methods, which have been tried and tested in schools throughout the UK and beyond, help develop your staff’s confidence, make outdoor learning enjoyable, and ensure outdoor learning is embedded as an everyday tool.  All our training comes with a full year of support, membership, consultancy, ideas, lessons and more.  This ensures you can properly embed outdoor learning into your curriculum.

Our training is led by Carol Murdoch, an educational consultant and teacher with nearly 20 years of experience working within education.  She has taught within nurseries, mainstream primary schools, severe and complex schools and ASD units and has experience of supporting all stages, including secondary education.  She has provided lectures at leading universities within the UK.

Carol understands the Curriculum and demands schools are under to create affordable yet stimulating experiences for both children and staff.  We want you to get the most out of our training, so no two days look alike.  She will work with your school to tailor your experience days and training sessions to meet your specific requirements and budgets.  Our support does not conclude at the end of your training day; we continue to support you and your team for a full year to ensure you have the support and tools to properly embed outdoor learning.
