Schools with a full school membership can use their allocated consultancy hours by booking time with Carol. To arrange a session, please email us. If you’re unsure of your membership level, just get in touch, and we’ll be happy to check for you.

Key Guidelines for Using Consultancy Hours

To ensure the best use of your consultancy time, please note the following:

1. Use Within Membership Period – Hours must be used within the 12-month membership period and cannot be carried over.
2. For Your School Only – Consultancy hours are exclusive to the member school and cannot be shared with other establishments.
3. Consultation, Not Training – These hours are for consultation rather than training. While the distinction can be subtle, this ensures the best support for your needs.
4. Scheduling Within Availability – We prioritise our members, but as a small team working with many schools, bookings must align with our availability.
5. Online Delivery – All consultancy sessions are conducted online unless a VIP package has been purchased.

We also recommend that members of the management team book and oversee these sessions to ensure the most effective use of time.
