1. Membership Options
We offer three membership tiers:
- Teacher Membership – for individual educators.
- School/Nursery Membership (Unsupported) – hub access for all staff.
- School/Nursery Membership (Supported) – all hub access plus direct support and consultancy.
Each tier includes a range of resources and benefits tailored to outdoor learning needs. A summary of what’s included can be found on our website.
2. What’s Included
All memberships include digital access to:
- Hundreds of activity ideas and lesson plans
- Curriculum and progression planners
- Monthly outdoor learning calendars and topic-linked maps
- Metaskill-supporting lessons
School memberships also gain access to:
- The Outdoor Learning Evaluation and Progression Tool
- Guidance on grants, loose parts, Forest School, family engagement, and more
Supported schools receive everything above, plus:
- A welcome session and 4 hours of online consultancy time
- Ongoing email support from a named contact
- Tailored support to develop outdoor learning in your setting
3. Payment & Renewal
Memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. Payments renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
No refunds are given for unused time. All prices are listed on our website. Local authorities and trusts may request custom pricing.
4. Account Use
- Teacher accounts are for individual users only.
- School/Nursery memberships are for staff employed at the named site.
- Logins must not be shared beyond the agreed user group.
5. Fair Use
We ask all members to use the platform reasonably. Excessive downloading or use of automated tools (e.g. bots or scrapers) may result in a review or temporary suspension of your account.
6. Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All materials remain the property of Love Outdoor Learning and are protected by copyright. You may use the resources in your own setting, but must not:
- Republish, resell, or redistribute them
- Upload them to AI tools or platforms
- Alter them for AI training or automated content generation
- Share them beyond your membership type
7. Consultation Hours (Supported Schools Only)
If you’re on a supported school plan, you receive 4 hours of online consultancy per membership year. These:
- Are for development support, not training (e.g. planning, playground advice, parent engagement, strategic support)
- Cannot be used for the Evaluation and Progression Tool (a separate service)
- Must be used within the 12-month period and cannot be carried over
- Are for the named school only and not transferable
- Must be booked in advance and subject to diary availability
- Are delivered online unless otherwise agreed
8. GDPR & Data Protection
We collect and store your personal data only for managing your account and improving your service. Your data is never sold or shared without consent and is handled in line with UK GDPR. You can request to view or delete your data at any time.
9. Downtime & Access
We work hard to keep the site running smoothly, but can’t guarantee 24/7 access. We are not liable for technical issues or interruptions beyond our control.
10. Changes to the Service
We regularly update and refresh our content based on member feedback. While we strive to improve continually, we cannot guarantee ongoing access to specific files or features.
